<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user be aware that an in-vehicle device is in motion on a routine basis, in a motion sound output device for outputting a motion sound of the in-vehicle device such as a direction indicator of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: An operation unit 13 obtains voice information output by devices 61-63 from the devices 61-63 for outputting a voice to the inside of the vehicle when a lamp 20 of the direction indicator or a hazard lamp installed in the vehicle is operated. Traveling sound information generated according to the vehicle speed or engine rotation speed is previously stored in a memory 15. The operation unit 13 reads out the traveling sound information corresponding to the vehicle speed information from a vehicle speed sensor 51 and the rotation speed information from a rotation speed sensor 52 from the memory 15. The operation unit 13 determines a motion sound having a tone, volume, tempo different from a noise indicated by noise information, using the voice information and traveling sound information as the noise information.
