<p>A tilt-up mechanism (3) is provided with a link member (40), one end of which is rotatably supported with respect to a movable bracket (20) that holds a movable column member (10) and the other end of which is disposed so as to be able to engage with and disengage from, on the rear side of the vehicle body, a fixed bracket (30). Said link member is switched between: a hold state wherein the link member is engaged, on the rear side of the vehicle body, to the fixed bracket, holding the movable bracket in an initial position or a tilt-up position; and a release position wherein said engagement is released. A spring member (50) is mounted between the fixed bracket and the movable bracket, and a component of the biasing force thereof biases the movable bracket in a tilt-up direction with respect to the fixed bracket while a component of the biasing force biases the link member in the direction of engagement with the fixed bracket.</p> |
