PURPOSE: An air pollution remote measurement apparatus and method thereof enable a user to easily measure air pollution in a desired area by measuring the air pollution. CONSTITUTION: A measurement unit includes a position information determination unit(110), a measurement sensor unit(120), a storage control unit(130), an air pollution n unit(160). The position information determination unit determines the location information of an internet access unit. The measurement sensor unit measures the air pollution of a location. The storage control unit stores the measured air pollution in a storage unit(140) or a storage server. The air pollution determination unit determines air pollution states by comparing with a first threshold value.
