Disclosed are a data processing method, apparatus and system. The embodiment of the present invention comprises obtaining an update time of RX_SN and current RX_HFN, judging whether the current RX_HFN is synchronous with TX_HFN of a data sender when the update time of the RX_SN exceeds a preset threshold value, and synchronizing the TX_HFN and the RX_HFN when asynchrony is determined. The technical solution is capable of detecting a link abnormality in time and recovering the link in time, so that the TX_HFN of the data sender and the RX_HFN of the data receiver can be synchronized again in a short period of time, preventing data loss due to untimely detection of asynchrony of the TX_HFN and RX_HFN, thereby improving the data transmission reliability and user experience.
