<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rigidity of an outer ring from being degraded when a recess is formed to prevent creep and prevent crack or breakage starting from the recess without enlarging the outer ring. <P>SOLUTION: The bearing with a resin pulley includes a recess 10 formed in an outer diameter portion 3a of the outer ring 3.The outer ring 3 and the resin pulley 7 are integrated with each other with the recess 10 filled with resin. The deepest portion 11 of the recess 10 is disposed at a position displaced from a center position 13 on a rolling surface 3b of the outer ring 3 with respect to the axial direction of the rolling bearing 2 to one side in the axial direction thereof.The inner face of the recess 10 is formed to be gradually shallower from the deepest portion 11 toward the other side in the axial direction. A minimum thickness required for the outer ring can be easily secured without keeping the position of the recess away from the rolling surface, and prevents the rigidity of the outer ring from being degraded when the recess is formed to prevent creep and prevent crack or breakage starting from the recess without enlarging the outer ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
