PURPOSE: A fly wheel is provided to secure the desired weight of a plate part and a mass part by modifying the fly wheel structure of an indoor bicycle-based exercising machine. CONSTITUTION: A fly wheel includes an annular plate part and a mass part. The annular plate part is divided into left side and right side half plate bodies(111, 113). A first hollow part and a second hollow part are formed in the half plate bodies. An annular weighted body(200) is embedded and fixed in the hollow parts. The hollow parts are formed into cross section phases, circular shapes, or polygonal shapes. The mass part is fixed in the annular plate part.
