<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferromagnetic thermoplastic resin composition which has magnetic shielding properties and excels in tensile elongation and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: This ferromagnetic thermoplastic resin composition includes 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic resin composition (A) and 100-500 pts.mass of ferromagnetic powder (B) and has a tensile elongation (measured in conformance with JIS K 7113) of not less than 150%. At least 50 mass% of the thermoplastic resin composition (A) is a flexible polymer having a polyolefin structure. The flexible polymer is one or more selected from the group consisting of (A-1), (A-2) and (A-3). (A-1) is copolymer of α-olefin and comonomer having a hydrophilic functional group. The hydrophilic functional group is composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms. The copolymer contains at least 15 mass% of comonomer unit, and MFR (190°C, 21.18 N) is 30 g/10min or less. (A-2) is a hydrogen additive of copolymer mainly having a random structure of aromatic vinyl compound and conjugated diene compound. The hydrogen additive contains 30 mass% or less of aromatic vinyl compound unit, and MFR (230°C, 21.18 N) is 30 g/10min or less. (A-3) is copolymer of ethylene and α-olefin. In the copolymer, the heat of melting (ΔH) on the DSC melting curve is 160 J/g or less, and MFR (190°C, 21.18 N) is 0.1-20 g/10min. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
