SOLID STATE IMAGING DEVICE AND IMAGING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the difference of impact of disturbance noise on the differential output in a solid state imaging device having an amplifier with a differential output.

SOLUTION: The solid state imaging device comprises a pixel region, a plurality of differential output amplifiers for amplifying signals, and a plurality of terminals including a plurality of output terminals for outputing output signals of the amplifiers to the outside. First interconnection and second interconnection are arranged between the amplifiers and the plurality of output terminals to which signals are transmitted from the amplifiers, and the lengths of the first and second interconnections satisfy the following formula: ab(L1*L1-L2*L2)≤0.02/πF; where F is a drive frequency, a is a resistance per unit length (Ω/μm), b is a capacitance per unit length (F/μm), L1 is the length of the first interconnection, and L2 is the length of the second interconnection (L1≤L2).
