<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling workability of a fan holder and a card slot to the back plate of a cabinet and to reduce costs by constituting the fan for a digital broadcast receiver of a fan unit and the fan holder to which the fan unit is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The digital broadcast receiver is provided with: a fan holder 20 to which the fan unit 40 is mounted; and a card slot 30 which an IC card for receiving digital broadcast is inserted to and ejected from. The card slot 30 and the fan holder 20 are composed of an integrated structure 10 formed of synthetic resin, the integrated structure 10 being screwed to the back plate 50 of the cabinet.
