<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation history management method and an operation history management device that can grasp an occurrence state of chatter vibration in association with an operation state of a machine tool, and easily and effectively suppress the chatter vibration. <P>SOLUTION: At least a rotating speed of a rotary shaft and vibration acceleration in a frequency region are stored as an operation history, which is stored not only when the rotating speed of the rotary shaft changes, but also when a maximum value of the vibration acceleration in the frequency region exceeds a predetermined threshold, so that the change in rotating speed of the rotary shaft and the occurrence state of the chatter vibration can be stored in association with each other. An operator can, therefore, grasp the rotating speed of the rotary shaft in association with the occurrence state of the chatter vibration, and then can easily and effectively suppress the chatter vibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
