PRINTING DEVICE, PRINTING CONTROL METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance at an interruption return by a relatively simple constitution.

SOLUTION: A LAN control part 18a receives print data from a client device 30 or the like. An input job storage part 32 registers a series of PDL commands included in the received print data into a hard disk 29. An input job queue management part 33 adds print job specifying information which specifies a print job represented by the received print data to the end of an input job queue 34. A PDL interpretation/execution part 31 successively executes the series of PDL commands stored on the hard disk device 29 from the head of the commands. The PDL interpretation/execution part 31 rewrites the PDL command stored on the hard disk 29 to an NOP command when it determines that the executed PDL command is a re-execution unnecessary command.
