<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system which allows an easy registration of an image forming device in a print conversion server when temporally using the device, and a prompt release of the device registration from the print conversion server after finishing the temporal use. <P>SOLUTION: A portable device temporally registers the image forming device in the print conversion server by using account information stored in the portable device when the portable device is connected to the image forming device. The print conversion server releases the registration of the image forming device temporally registered, determining that the temporal use finished when the server could not receive notification information periodically transmitted to the server within a given period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
