<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep determination device for determining the sleeping state of a person which accurately determines that the person gets into bed or the like even when a person gets into bed slowly, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A biological signal detecting part is provided that detects a biological information signal (for instance, a heartbeat signal) having an amplitude changing in accordance with the biological activity of the person being in bed. A body movement signal detecting part (20, 33) is provided that detects a body movement signal having an amplitude changing in accordance with the magnitude of the body movement of the person being in bed. A determination part is provided that determines that the person has gotten into bed when at least one of a first in-bed determination condition and a second in-bed determination condition is satisfied, the first in-bed determination condition being a condition under which it is determined that the person has gotten into bed when the amplitude of the body movement signal continues to exceed a body movement threshold for at least an in-bed body-movement determination time, the second in-bed determination condition being a condition under which it is determined that the person has gotten into bed(continue to COMMENT). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
