<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera body suitable for three-dimensional photographing. <P>SOLUTION: A camera body 100 is provided with a body mount 150, an identification information acquisition part 142, a camera side determination part 144, and a function restriction part 127. The camera side determination part 144 determines whether an interchangeable lens unit mounted to the body mount 150 is ready for three-dimensional photographing, from lens identification information F1.
