<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tool to be accurately positioned without fail toward diameter direction, furthermore, the tool to be firmly held to execute high-precision machining, and make enhancement of versatility to be easily possible. <P>SOLUTION: A tool holder 14 constituting a boring processing device 10 holds a cutting tool 18 and arranges sliding shaft 62a, 62b, has a moving member 64, possible to move back and forth toward the diameter direction of spindle 12, and clamp holes 66a, 66b for inserting the sliding shaft 62a, 62b, and is equipped with elastic clamp members 68a, 68b in which, in a state where external force is released, the clamp holes 66a, 66b are reduced in the diameter by resilience and the sliding shaft 62a, 62b are clamped impossible to move, and a pneumatic-hydraulic conversion portion 24 in which, by boosting fluid pressure supplied and imparting the boosted fluid pressure to the elastic clamp members 68a, 68b, the clamp holes 66a, 66b are expanded in the diameter and the sliding shaft 62a, 62b are made possible to move. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
