The moving blade (1) comprises a cooling hole (9) which is provided for guiding the cooling air to the moving blade. A valve device is partially arranged in the cooling hole, where a flow cross section of the cooling hole is changed at the moving blade with a centrifugal force. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing a moving blade; and (2) a rotor for a turbomachine.
