<p>The present invention is a lens array for switching between 2D and 3D images, having a pair of substrates comprising a first substrate and a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer held between the pair of substrates, wherein the first and second substrates are respectively obtained by laminating, in the following order, comb electrodes having a plurality of electrode elements arranged in parallel and a vertical liquid crystal alignment film on one side thereof, and the pair of substrates are positioned facing one another in such a manner that the surfaces of the respective vertical liquid crystal alignment films face one another. The lens array of the present invention configured in such a manner is capable of switching between displaying fine bright 2D images and undistorted clear 3D images.</p> |
