摘要 PURPOSE: Copper titanium and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress the reduction of strength and bending workability by preventing the acceleration of cooling speed and increasing granular boundary reaction phases. CONSTITUTION: Copper titanium is composed of 0.5-4.5mass% of titanium and remaining amount of copper and impurities. The copper titanium includes granular boundary reaction phases(B) in which the concentration of titanium is less than or equal to 8.5 mass%. In the copper titanium, the area of granular boundary reaction phases over the area of stable phases(A) is more than or equal to 14. In the stable phases, the concentration of titanium is more than 15 mass%. The conductivity of the copper titanium is 18% IACS or more.
