The inlet is provided with an antenna sheet having an antenna coil on a flexible first base material, and an IC module connected to the antenna coil. The second base material has an opening section from which at least a part of the IC module is exposed. A sealing material having electrical insulation properties is arranged between the IC module and an inner surface of the opening section.
