<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an image blur of a moving image including a frame not suitable for obtaining an image variation amount. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises processing means 1095 to 1097 and 1100 performing image blur reduction processing for reducing an image blur between a plurality of frames in a moving image, image variation amount calculation means 1093 calculating an image variation amount between an object frame and a previous frame based on motion information of an imaging device acquired by motion information acquisition means 1091 to 1093, and determination means 1094 determining whether or not the previous frame satisfies a specific condition. The processing means, if the previous frame satisfies the specific condition, performs the image blur reduction processing with respect to the object frame using a first image correction amount which is set based on the calculated image variation amount. The processing means, if the previous frame is determined not to satisfy the specific condition, performs the image blur reduction processing with respect to a plurality of object frames using a second image correction amount which is set so as to change in a stepwise fashion toward the first image correction amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
