<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tenter device achieving reduction in sliding friction resistance of tenter chains even in a high-temperature environment and reducing generation of metal powder due to wear by providing a structure which is hard to tilt. <P>SOLUTION: The tenter device includes: guide plates 41 arranged on both sides of a carrying passage of a film F; and the pair of tenter chains 5 moved along the guide plates 41. Each of the tenter chains 5 includes: a film holding mechanism holding an edge of the film F; a shaft member 60 fixed to a member to which the film holding mechanism is fixed; and a first bearing 61 supported by the shaft member 60. The tenter chain 5 is movably supported by the first bearing 61. The tenter chain further includes an inner link and an outer link, and the inner link includes inner plates 51a, 51b, a bush 52 interconnecting the inner plates 51a, 51b and a second bearing 73 supported by the outer periphery of the bush 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
