<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device having a structure which uses neither a lens barrel nor a dedicated member in aligning at least lenses adjoined in the optical-axis direction and which can prevent inflow of an adhesive for fixing the lenses into surfaces of optical functional regions of the lenses; and to provide an image pickup device and a mutual alignment and fixing method of the lenses provided in the optical device. <P>SOLUTION: This optical device includes N pieces (N is integer N≥2) of lenses disposed along the optical-axis direction, and at least two adjoining lenses thereof, a first lens and a second lens are fixedly provided. In this optical device, a recess provided on the first lens includes an adhesive at the bottom and, when the first lens and the second lens are aligned, a movement regulating protrusion provided on the second lens is inserted and disposed in the recess, so that the recess functions as an adhesion part for fixing the first lens and the second lens via the adhesive and also functions as an adhesive outflow prevention part for preventing the outflow of the adhesive to the optical functional regions of the lenses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
