<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner improved in a function of separating an air flow containing dust in high density from an air flow containing no dust. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner includes an outer cylinder 13 in which air including dust swirls around an inner peripheral side, an inner cylinder 14 housed in the outer cylinder and allowing air to swirl around an outer peripheral side, and a helical baffle plate 29 provided between the outer cylinder 13 and inner cylinder 14 and guiding the air in a direction of the axis of the inner cylinder 14. There is a gap formed between the baffle plate 29 and the outer cylinder 13. The baffle plate 29 has a first baffle plate 29a and a second baffle plate 29b and is so disposed as to overlap itself in a projection in the axis direction of the inner cylinder 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
