<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processing device which is capable of enhancing both of effects for attention and listening by noticing voice elements attracting audience's attention and voice elements comfortable for audience to listen to, on the occasion of a presentation, a lecture, an election speech, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The voice processing device includes a sympathetic voice generation circuit 310 for generating a sympathetic voice corresponding to a voice input signal and a foreign feeling voice generation circuit 320 for generating a foreign feeling voice corresponding to a voice input signal and further includes an addition rate control unit 500 for changing respective output rates of the sympathetic voice generation circuit 310 and the foreign feeling voice generation circuit 320. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
