<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device suppressing fluctuation in a driving torque after a time course; and to provide an image forming apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This fixing device includes: a turning member that has an outer peripheral surface that turns; a belt-like member that is rotatably disposed with an outermost layer coming into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the turning member and has at least an innermost layer including fluorinated polyimide resin; a sliding member that comes into contact with the innermost layer of the belt-like member, retains lubricant comprising fluorine-based grease on the contact surface with the innermost layer of the belt-like member, and slides with the belt-like member; and a pressure application member that makes the belt-like member a pressure contact with the turning member via the sliding member and applies a pressure so as to form a nip part between the turning member and the belt-like member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
