<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel (PDP) which suppresses its cost while improving electromagnetic wave shielding performance. <P>SOLUTION: In a PDP 10, a front plate 20 having a display electrode 24 and a back plate 30 having a data electrode 32 face each other so that the display electrode 24 and the data electrode 32 are crossed in a lattice shape, and a barrier plate 34 is provided so as to surround a crossed part of the display electrode 24 and the data electrode 32 and to divide a space between the front plate 20 and the back plate 30. In this PDP 10, an electromagnetic wave shielding layer 41 which includes a first metal pattern line 41a along a projection position 24a of the display electrode 24 and a second metal pattern line 41b along a projection position 34a of a vertical barrier rib is provided to a transparent substrate 40 to form a filter 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
