PURPOSE: A motor driving inverter and a motor driving apparatus using the same are provided to prevent malfunction due to electromagnetic interference by reducing electromagnetic noise according to a high-speed switching operation of a power switching semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A switching device outputs driving voltage through an output connection point. A first capacitor performs a first electromagnetic noise reduction process by arranging an X-cap. A snubber circuit performs a second electromagnetic noise reduction process. The snubber circuit connects a resistor and a second capacitor in series. A third capacitor forms a Y-cap.
