The plate has an elongated part (1) with an L-shaped, T-shaped or Y-shaped bending section (2), where a cross-section of the plate is formed as corrugated in sections. Plate holes (3, 5, 6) are arranged at a distance from each other for accommodating bone screws. A threaded hole (7) is present in an area between the plate holes for removable accommodation of a distance piece with a threaded pin. A side of the distance piece close to the pin exhibits a surface form complementary to a plate curvature. The distance piece includes broad sides and narrow sides that exhibits curvature radius. An independent claim is also included for an assembly instrument for a distance piece, including a gripping head.
