SYSTEM CAPABLE OF LOADING AND UNLOADING A CONTAINER

PURPOSE: A system for loading and unloading a container is provided to simply and safely load and unload of a container between a trailer and a freight vehicle by having a horizontal transfer device for horizontally reciprocating between the trailer and the freight vehicle in a state where the container is loaded on the freight vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system for loading and unloading a container includes a buffer(B), a horizontal transfer system, and a buffer driving unit. The buffer is movably installed between a freight vehicle(F) and a trailer(T) in a parallel with a freight vehicle rail(R1). The horizontal transfer system is arranged in a loaded surface of the buffer and moves between the trailer and the freight vehicle in order to move the container(C). The buffer driving unit moves the buffer in parallel direction with the freight vehicle rail.
