<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing deep-fried Tofu configured to be easily stuffed with filling such as Sushi-rice, and to provide the deep-fried Tofu. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing deep-fried Tofu includes: a step for making a slit 27a in flat square-shaped Tofu material 26 obtained by a conventional method, forming a cut opening at least in one side surface of the Tofu material, and forming a cut hollow portion inside the Tofu dough; a step 27b for closing the cut opening; and a deep-frying step 28 for deep-frying the Tofu material with the cut opening closed to produce the deep-fried Tofu. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
