<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair work support terminal which efficiently supports repair work. <P>SOLUTION: A repair work support terminal 1 includes: an error code/component database 21 for storing information on a component to be repaired that requires repair for an error code generated by a device 2; a voice guidance database 25; a sequence database 22; a repair work database 23; a component-to-be-repaired specification unit 12 which specifies the component to be repaired from the error code/component database 21; a component retrieval unit 13 which retrieves a component required for removal or assembly of the component to be repaired from the sequence database 22; a voice data retrieval unit 17 which retrieves voice data on the component from the voice guidance database 25; a voice reproduction unit 41 which reproduces the specified voice data; and a work content creation unit 14 which extracts information on repair work of the component to be repaired from the repair work database 23 to create the work content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
