摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for controlling transmission of light energy between nano substances. <P>SOLUTION: A control device 200 includes a light source 201, a substrate fixing unit 202, a detecting unit 203, an oscillation external field generating unit 204, and a control unit 205. The light source 201 generates light that induces photo-induced polarization in a nano substance (segment) included in a nano structure 20. The nano structure includes a first nano substance (equivalent to a segment 1) fixed to a substrate 4, a second nano substance (equivalent to a segment 2), and a joining nano substance joining the first and second nano substances. The oscillation external field generating unit 204 generates an oscillation external field for inducing a specific oscillation state of the joining nano substance.
