<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of assembling all of two stages of terminals from the upper side while minimizing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: The connector has a U-shaped cross section having a bottom wall 51 and a pair of side walls 52 and 52 standing from both edges of the bottom wall 51, and has an electric connection part 53 to a mating terminal at a front part. On a rear side of the electric connection part, a pressure-welding terminal 50 provided with a pressure-welding blade 57 cutting a coating of an electric wire when the electric wire is pressed between a pair of the side walls 52 and 52 from above and conducted in contact with an internal conductor is assembled in a terminal housing groove 21 whose upper part on a connector housing 10 is opened. Rectangular openings 56 for press-molding the pressure-welding blade 57 are formed at positions facing each of a pair of the side walls 52 and 52, and the rectangular openings are used as lock holes 56. The lock holes 56 are engaged with lock projection parts 25 projecting on an inner side face of the terminal housing groove 21, so as to prevent the detachment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
