<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe device which is capable of directly measuring a signal flowing in an insulation coating cable from the outside of insulation coating, in relatively simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a probe device used for measuring a signal flowing in an insulation coating cable. The probe device includes a branching metal fitting in which a removable and approximately semi-cylindrical holding portion is formed so as to wrap a part of insulation coating of the insulation coating cable, in a part of the holding portion, a projecting portion is formed which is brought into contact with a cable core through the insulation coating while being attached to the insulation coating cable, and a branching pin for external connection is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
