<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanizing laminate in which a rubber layer and a fluororesin layer are bonded firmly without using an adhesive and moreover without carrying out surface treatment to each of the rubber layer and the fluororesin layer. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate includes a rubber layer (A) and a fluororesin layer (B) which is laminated on the rubber layer (A). The rubber layer (A) is a layer formed from a rubber composition for vulcanizing. The rubber composition for vulcanizing contains epichlorohydrin rubber (a1), strong base compound (a2) which has an amidine frame in a molecule, and epoxy resin (a3). The fluororesin layer (B) is a layer formed by fluoropolymer composition.
