The cooling and/or freezing apparatus has a condenser spacer (10) that is arranged between the condensers and vaporizers (20,22,24), for guiding the liquid or vapor refrigerant. The condenser spacer is arranged at a junction point (28) of the partial lines (30,32,34) connected in parallel with vaporizers. The collectors (40,42,44) are arranged at the downstream of the branch point of partial lines connected with the vaporizers, for collecting liquid or vapor refrigerant.
