The combustion engine has multiple cylinder groups made of multiple cylinders (13) and with multiple exhaust turbo-chargers. The exhaust gas is supplied to exhaust turbo chargers assigned to the respective other cylinder group by the outlet valves (20) of the cylinder of the former cylinder group and by other outlet valves of the cylinder of the latter cylinder group over an exhaust gas manifold of the respective cylinder group.
