PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring students on a black list in a school are provided to enable monitoring and alarming in need by grasping the position of students on a black list in a school. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring students on a black list in a school comprises a controller(1), a CCTV(2), a fixed wireless communication device(3), a speaker(4), a control center(5), and a control monitor(6). CCTV has location information and identifying information. A plurality of fixed wireless communication devices communicates with a movable wireless communication device having student information and acquires the location information and the identifying information. The control monitor indicates the image information taken by CCTV. The controller includes a black list of t suspect students and receives the student information of the movable wireless communication device by the communication with the fixed wireless communication device.
