<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition that can form an image robust against light, temperature, water and ozone and is excellent in coloring power. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition comprises: carbon black; and a dye which consists of a disazo compound in which azo groups are respectively connected to 2,5-positions of thiophene or azathiophene, wherein the azo groups further has a naphthalene ring and a substituted pyridine, respectively. The mass ratio between the carbon black and the dye falls within the range of 2.5:1 to 7:1. Moreover, surface tension is 20 to 40 mN/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
