<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retinoic acid receptor agonist agent which contains a galenical or its extract containing a compound whose structure is completely different from retinoic acid or its structure analogs, and which is not known hitherto as a seed compound of a retinoic acid receptor agonist, or which contains the compound itself. <P>SOLUTION: This retinoic acid receptor agonist agent contains one or two or more kinds of galenicals or its extracts selected from a group comprising Aralia Rhizome, Mulberry Bark, Lycium Bark and Licorice.
