<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preformer 9 which contributes to the equalization of the flow velocity across the width of the rubber extruded from a die plate. <P>SOLUTION: The preformer 9 is installed adjacent to the upstream side of a die plate having rubber extrusion port 15 corresponding to the profile of a rubber molding at the exit of the rubber of a rubber extruder, and has rubber inlet 11, rubber outlet 12 supplying rubber to the die plate, and rubber pass 13 communicating the rubber inlet 11 with the rubber outlet 12. Bottom 35 of the rubber pass 13 is formed of an inclined surface sloping toward the flow of the rubber down to the rubber outlet 12. Protrusion 37 whose degree of protrusion (height) toward the inside of the rubber pass 13 gradually increases from the rubber inlet 11 to the rubber outlet 12 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
