<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation power supply device that is light in weight and extremely easy to handle at the time of use, and that can be used at a river or a beach and on a ship where there are risks of water wetting, that has a drip-proof and water-proof function, and that has a wide application range. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of use, since a user only have to pull out a sheet-like solar battery cylindrically wound around a main body case and an exterior surface of the main body case from an exterior case, and reel out the sheet-like solar battery, handling is extremely easy. At the time of housing, since the sheet is housed in the exterior case having a pressure-balance-holding complete-watertight mechanism, no function damage is caused by water immersion if the exterior case gets wet.
