PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and useful centralizer and the like.

SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a centralizer which keeps a measuring device in the center of a hole. The centralizer includes: a first rotary point; a first link which is rotatably mounted at the fixed rotary point; a second rotary point; a second link which is rotatably mounted at the movable rotary point; a third rotary point which connects the first link to the second link; an elastic member which is configured to energize the first and second rotary points towards each other; and a roller which is connected to one of the first and second links.
