OVEN-CONTROLLED CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven-controlled crystal oscillator that has improved reliability by reducing cracks caused in solder mounting large circuit components.

SOLUTION: The oven-controlled crystal oscillator includes a plurality of smaller circuit components 3a arranged around a large circuit component 2 formed on a substrate 1, in which the plurality of small circuit components 3a arranged include electronic components which are electrically connected and dummy electronic components which are not electrically connected. This can alleviate a strain due to expansion and contraction of the substrate 1 in a heat cycle to reduce cracks caused in solder mounting the large circuit component 2.
