<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multispecific antibodies substituting for functions of blood coagulation factor VIII of a cofactor enhancing enzymatic reactions, and to provide a production method of the antibodies. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a variety of bispecific antibodies that specifically bind to both of F. IX/F. IXa and F. X, and substitute cofactor functions of F. VIIIa, i.e., functions to promote F. X activation via F. IXa, and are produced by a production method comprising: (1) a step of preparing a first antibody to a first antigen and a second antibody to a second antigen; and (2) a step for producing the bispecific antibodies to the first antigen and the second antigen, having variable regions of the first antibody and the second antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
