<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train controller in which digital information can be transmitted without additionally installing hardware for digital signals, combinations of a plurality of track antenna units are not required and the amount of the information to be transmitted/received can be increased. <P>SOLUTION: A track antenna 4 transmits at least one kind of frequency signals f1-fn made to correspond to the predetermined digital signals to an onboard unit 3.
