<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device capable of surely cleaning toner of a toner image for image control transferred from an image carrier to transfer means by cleaning means when the toner image for image control having wide density gradation is formed on the surface of the image carrier. <P>SOLUTION: An image formation device 100 comprises: a photoreceptor drum 1; a transfer roller 9 for transferring a toner image on the surface of the photoreceptor drum 1 to a transfer material P; a patch sensor 17 for detecting a density of a patch for image control when the patch for image control is formed on the surface of the photoreceptor drum 1; a fur brush 25 for electrostatically cleaning the transfer roller 9; and a controller 60 for changing a cleaning current applied between the transfer roller 9 and the fur brush 25 based on the density of the patch for image control detected by the patch sensor 17 when the patch for image control on the surface of the transfer roller transferred from the surface of the photoreceptor drum 1 passes through the fur brush 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
