<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table structure of an MPEG format. <P>SOLUTION: A data structure of an MPEG format is disclosed for an MPEG private table section including a data portion. The data structure comprises a size specifier specifying a measure of the size of the section or the data portion. The data portion comprises at least one data block.
