<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for controlling grounding conditions in which regarding a tool for grounding, in which in slip prevention, nails appear in a sole only at the time of need, they hide in a place, which is not a hindrance, at the time of disuse, and it is possible to simply perform the going in and out of the nails, the following three conditions are simultaneously satisfied: (1) on a road surface which needs a function, a functional part is effectively held in a grounding part as ON, (2) on a road surface which does not need a function, it is held in a condition, which is not a hindrance to activity, as OFF, and (3) according to the change of the road surface, the ON-OFF choice of a projection is performed in a place apart from a grounding surface, in which operation is easy. <P>SOLUTION: In the tool for grounding (1), the desired physical properties are given to a part of the grounding part (2) as the independent functional part (6), an ON-OFF mechanism, which changes into an ON state, in which the functional part is grounded to demonstrate a function, and an OFF state, in which it is held near the grounding surface, is prepared in the functional part, and by an indirect or direct means, a control part (3) is operated in a position apart from the grounding surface and thereby the ON-OFF of the functional part is freely performed in a position apart from the grounding surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
