A refrigerator and a fixing device are disclosed. The refrigerator comprises a cabinet comprising two opposite side walls and a vacuum container located in the cabinet. The refrigerator further comprises a fixing device. The vacuum container has two opposite side walls each having a flange. The fixing device comprises supporting frames and fixing pins. Each supporting frame is provided on a corresponding one of the opposite side walls of the cabinet and comprises a sliding slot in which a corresponding one of the flanges of the vacuum container is arranged. The supporting frame further comprises an insertion hole into which a corresponding one of the fixing pins is inserted for fixing the vacuum container to the supporting frame. The vacuum container is supported between the fixing pin and an end of the supporting frame which is proximal to a rear wall of the cabinet of the refrigerator, so that the vacuum container is fixed to the supporting frame. In this way, the problem of moving of the vacuum container according to prior art is avoided. The vacuum container is kept in a stable state without wobbling in the cabinet even during its transportation, so that any damage to the inner walls of the cabinet is prevented. Further, the mounting of the fixing device is easy and convenient.
